Self-balancing coil hook CKX

This product is a coil hook type CKX with automatic counterweight compensation, that is designed for handling wider steel coils. The C-hook is attached to the crane’s hook, and the lifting process is controlled by the crane operator, who holds the C-hook by its handle. Using the crane or a forklift, the operator inserts the bottom leg of the hook into the inner opening of the horizontal coil. The bottom carrying arm's tapered design both makes it easier to enter the coil and lessens coil damage. This coil hook features automatic counterweight compensation. It can move automatically into the unloaded and loaded state. In each state, the horizontal prong position is realized by gas compression spring. Coil hooks are manufactured in Slovenia and made in accordance with the EN 13155 standard. They have a safety factor of 1,5. Coil hooks can be used in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +100°C, but it is recommended to consult the manufacturer before using them in temperature thresholds. Each product is supplied with instructions for use and a CE declaration of conformity.
