Container with self-lifting legs

Brand: P TEAM
This container features four hydraulic self-lifting legs that enable completely independent loading, unloading, and leveling without the need for any additional equipment. The four legs are designed to stow compactly at both the front and rear of the container, traveling attached to it while maintaining the standard width limits for transport vehicles. The system is operated via a wireless remote control, which lets the operator move around freely and maintain a safe distance during lifting and leveling operations. An integrated automatic leveling system, equipped with built-in sensors, ensures precise synchronization of all legs for stable positioning of the container.

This is an ISO container fitted with a system of four hydraulic lifting legs, allowing for completely independent loading, unloading, and leveling without the need for additional equipment. The legs stow compactly at both the front and rear of the container, traveling attached to it while maintaining the standard width limits for transport vehicles. These self-lifting container legs can lift up to 40 tons. The lift is controlled by a wireless handheld remote which lets the operator move freely and maintain a safe distance during lifting and leveling operations. An emergency stop button is located on the remote, and a wired emergency stop button can be placed on the ground at a safe distance from the elevated container. The default mode is self-leveling, however, the operator has the option to control individual legs or groups of legs if required. Equipped with an integrated tilt sensor, the self-leveling system guarantees precise container leveling and ensures synchronized operation of the container legs. To enhance safety, hydraulic counterbalance valves ensure that the container remains elevated during a power outage or hydraulic failure. An articulating footplate provides a stable base for lifting containers on rough, loose, and uneven surfaces. The container lifting legs are made from high-strength steel and have been physically proof tested to 150% of their working load limit, ensuring reliable, long-term performance under demanding conditions. Additionally, a zinc coating offers extra protection against corrosion. Container lifting legs are manufactured in Slovenia and made in accordance with the EN 1494:2000 + A1:2008 standard. They are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C, however, it is recommended to consult the manufacturer before using them in temperature thresholds. Self-lifting container legs are supplied with instructions for use and a CE declaration of conformity.
