Container hook with safety latch RAK is designed to be used in the lifting of skips and recycling/refuse bins. The dimensions fit to the adapter end of the container. RAK type hook connects chain slings with the pivot of containers. The clevis design enables the direct attachment to the lifting chain. The shape of the eyelet is designed to fit container suspension pivots. The forged safety latch allows a safe one-hand operation and easy assembling and disassembling.

Type RAK container hook is a clevis design. Clevis hook has a U-shaped attachment point that is secured by a bolt or a pin. It provides a mechanical connection to a chain sling. The advantage of this type of connection is that if a clevis hook becomes damaged it can easily be removed and replaced without scrapping the entire chain sling. The product is designed, tested and certified in compliance with the tehnical directives EN 1677.
